Dr. Carolin Gabor is well-experienced in guiding digital companies on their way to profitability. I am really excited about the new job and to support the founders of FinLeap’s portfolio companies with building sustainable fintech businesses.”
Ramin Niroumand, Co-founder and Managing Partner of FinLeap: “We are pleased that Dr. Carolin Gabor is joining our management team. There are only a few personalities in Germany who have successfully developed and sold digital companies twice already and at the same time have a sound understanding of the financial market.”
In the management team, Ramin Niroumand is still responsible for strategy and business model development, Hendrik Krawinkel for HR and finance, Eckhardt Weber for legal and regulatory issues and Dr. Matthias Lange for product and technology (in the picture from left to right with Dr. Carolin Gabor in the middle).

…was founded by HitFox Group, Ramin Niroumand and Hendrik Krawinkel in summer 2014 in Berlin as a company builder specializing in Fintech. FinLeap develops Fintech companies sequentially and with its robust infrastructure determines the best course for success and accompanies the companies through the early growth stages.
As of today, FinLeap has nine ventures on the market including the online insurance broker Clark; Savedo, the marketplace for investment products; FinReach, a software company that created an automated account switching kit; Valendo, an asset-based lender; Pair Finance, for online debt collection; solarisBank, a tech company with a full-banking license and zinsbaustein.de, a digital platform for real estate investments.
